The true quality of a business shows most clearly when there is a problem. I had an issue with a repair that was parts related. The parts company simply refused to consider the issue, but the guys at Camperdown replaced it anyway. A business that values customer loyalty by looking out for the customer, and cultivating trust, is the kind of business we should support. The quality of their work is outstanding, but more important to me is the ethic behind it. This level of service is hard to find into today's business culture. Simon deserves a special shout out for both handling the initial conversation, and solving the problem for me. I highly recommend this business.

Such great service here! Simon was super responsive and helpful and was so great at explaining things. I came in with 0 knowledge and left knowing exactly why I was having issues and how they were going to fix it. I was also made aware of everything that was happening behind the scenes and was consulted with for bigger decisions that were made. I recently took my Mazda CX-9 in to get a broken side door fixed, and I couldn’t be happier with the service I received. From the moment I arrived, Cody and Simon were both friendly and professional.
Cody in particular really stood out — he took his time to properly inspect the issue and didn’t rush through anything. He explained what needed to be done in a clear, honest way.The repair was handled smoothly, and the car came back in great condition.

A shout out to Simon and his boss Cody for a great experience getting our Toyota Cross XL back to showroom condition.
They were recommended by the team at Sydney City Toyota after we were involved in a mishap that left the front right hand side looking of our car looking like we’d spent the weekend at a demolition derby.

I had a great experience with Camperdown Smash Repair. The team offers a wide range of services and was very helpful throughout the whole process, making everything easy to understand. They did an amazing job fixing my car—it honestly looks like I just bought it from the dealership again.

Absolute legends. Had a very long deep scratch in the door of my Tesla, these guys fixed it in 3 days better than new and for a great price too! You’d be mad to go anywhere else.

The team at Camperdown Collision Centre are the BEST! They’re friendly, really helpful and quick to expedite urgent work.The quality of the work has always, in my experience, been excellent and the guys will do all they can to ensure even little matters are attended to and not dismissed. Also, an important factor for me is that, as a woman, I don’t feel dismissed or diminished when I bring the car in for advice and repairs. The guys have always been courteous and respectful. Can’t recommend them highly enough!

We’ve had damage fixed on two different cars by this team. This time they seemed even better - great explanations and photos of the problem, kept to their quote and followed up with an immediate correction to one small issue. They encouraged us to do the repair the best most expensive way but seemed totally happy when we asked for it to be done a cheaper way.

Simon and Cody went above and beyond with my car repairs, and being able to cross paths with them is one of the silver linings throughout this experience. As I was out of Sydney for a month, I could only communicate through text and calls with them. They always responded promptly and were very familiar with their clients and cases despite the number of vehicles they service everyday. They were always reassuring and truthful in their assessment, and try to make the best decisions in the interest of their clients. On the day of collection, I was taken aback to see how they managed to restore the car to looking and feeling as good as it was despite the amount of damage it sustained. At a personal level, Simon and Cody have been very accommodating of many circumstances that are likely to have inconvenienced them, but they always chose to understand. I would highly recommend Camperdown Collision Centre as your vehicle will be in good hands.

Had an amazing experience with Cody, Simon, and the rest of the team. My car got really badly damaged by a window falling out of the 4th floor onto it and Cody was incredibly quick to provide a very reasonable quote for the repairs. He was very communicative and helpful and once the repairs started, it was a very fast turnaround. Overall a 10/10 experience, couldn’t recommend Camperdown Collision Centre enough. Thank you!

The service I received from Camperdown Collision Centre was the best customer service I’ve ever had hands down for a crash repair/mechanic business. The staff are so competent and made quite significant damage look brand new. But the best part about this business is how kind, friendly and helpful the staff are. They are very genuine and put you at ease, especially if you don’t know much about cars. They are also very organised and prompt. Would recommend to anyone who has some car damage that they need fixed

I backed into a pole in my Honda HRV. Cody and his team were outstanding, from the initial quote with his younger brother to the work being carried out ahead of schedule. They even managed to not replace the rear car part somehow due to specialist panel beating work which took them ages. They are miracle workers, my car looks like nothing ever happened! The quality of the work has exceeded all my expectations. Plus, they were approachable, realistic, reliable, funny and super friendly. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone. Hopefully I do a better job of parking and don't have to return but I know their business will continue to thrive in the years ahead! Thanks legends

Had a scrape on the front bumper so I booked these guys in for a spray/repair solely based on their reviews. Cody and was so helpful and the insurance quote was well priced. Paint job was immaculate and colour coding was perfect. The previous owner of my Elantra put decals on the mirrors and I damaged the paint trying to get them off. I didn’t even bother looking for anyone else. As always, impeccable customer service from Cody and Simon and a perfect job well done. They even fixed my reversing sensor that had come off the dash. Very impressed. Going back for some minor dent repair in the near future.

Cody, Simon, Colin, the entire team at Camperdown Collision Centre is amazing! I had a 2008 Mazda 3 that had horrific sun damage, rust spots and some dents and scrapes. The guys quoted me thousands below other car painting shops and were able to book me in at a time that was convenient for me. The entire repaint and repair of the car was done in 10 days - one of these days being a public holiday.. They constantly kept in touch with me regarding the progress of the car and were very friendly and knowledgable. The car looks absolutely amazing, brand new honestly. Choosing the team at Camperdown Collision Centre to fix up my car was the best decision I ever made, they were completely transparent, professional and very good at their jobs. I am most definitely going to recommend this place to anyone and everyone and if I'm ever in need of another touch-up for my car I will be coming here 🙂

I went to Colin for the first time after someone hit my car and flew away. I was very upset by this accident but Colin carefully examined the damaged area and reassured me. He made my day! Had a rear view mirror replaced by these guys then someone later smashed the same mirror. They offered to replace it again for only the cost of parts, wouldn't even take money when I offered. Very happy with their service, would recommend.
